The proposals include community space on the first floor of the new building. This space is intended to be occupied local social enterprise You Press at a peppercorn rent. 

​

You Press are based in Newham and work to empower young people (between 13-30 years old) and underrepresented communities to find their voice and be heard. This involves challenging stereotypes and stigmas about young people and communities through the creative arts, media, training and writing.
