Revised Scheme

Following a constructive public consultation and ongoing discussions with LLDC planning officers, we have made a number of amendments to further improve our proposals for the currently vacant site at Meridian Steps.

Our amended scheme delivers: 

​

• A high-calibre design which befits this unique and prominent site. 

• 952 new student rooms on the upper floors with cutting edge amenity space.

• An exciting mix of lower ground, upper ground and first floor uses designed to enliven this prime site and create new opportunities for the Stratford community. 

• A large new community space, aimed at young people and intended to be occupied by local social enterprise You Press. 

• A new entrance to Stratford station. 

• A highly sustainable building with extensive internal greening.
